POLICY
Tickets are transferable at any time -- just email us the new attendee's name before the event. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred. In the rare case that a session does not meet minimum attendance, we reserve the right to consolidate sessions and move ticket holders to the alternate time. We will notify affected attendees at least 5 days in advance and offer a full refund if the new time does not work.
